As a business customer, can I order on account?
Yes. We enable purchase on account for business customers after a brief check. Simply write to us once with your company details — after that, this payment method will be available in your account for every order.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay by PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Business customers can also order on account once approved. Topic group: Payment

Do you also deliver abroad?
We currently deliver within Germany. For deliveries to Austria or Switzerland, please contact us directly — for larger quantities, we can usually find a solution.
From what order value is shipping free?
We deliver free of charge within Germany from an order value of 0 €. Below this, we charge a flat shipping fee, which is shown in your basket before you complete your order.
How are 25 kg bags delivered?
We ship large packs as a parcel of up to 25 kg per shipment. Orders with a higher total weight are automatically split across several parcels — you will then receive several tracking links but still only pay for shipping once.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours on working days. Within Germany, this means your delivery is usually with you after 2–3 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
